Cancellation & Refund Policy
How cancellations and refunds work once live booking is available.
During Beta
No live payments are currently processed through Tripulses, so there is nothing to cancel or refund at this stage. This policy will take effect once real bookings and payments launch, and this page will be updated accordingly.
Once Bookings Are Live
Cancellation windows, refund eligibility, and any applicable fees will generally follow the policy of the underlying transit and lodging provider for each booking, in addition to any Tripulses service fee terms, which will be clearly shown before you confirm a booking.
